I remember back in my 20s and early 30s when I used to...
✅Have plenty of energy throughout the day.
✅Stay skinny even while living on pizza and burgers.
✅Eat whenever I want without gaining an ounce.
✅Stay in great shape even though I hardly exercise.
✅Feel confident and comfortable wearing tight tops, shorts, and dresses
That was me. UNTIL somewhere in my early 40s...
My previously thin and trim physique became a magnet for weight gain and bulging in all the wrong areas.
My metabolism seemed to have slowed to a crawl.
Even my health was worsening, and I had little energy during the day.
So, I would go to bed earlier, hoping it would help me get through the next day.
Some nights I’d even sleep 12 hours and yet still feel tired the next day!
I didn’t realize how BAD things had gone.
That is, until my husband, Jack, and I spent the holidays visiting his family in California.
He had booked a condo on Airbnb for us to stay in.
When I walked in the bathroom, I noticed a fancy digital scale on the floor.
We hadn’t had a scale at home in years.
Hesitantly, I decided to step on, simply to see what it read.
216 pounds….What? Surely, it was off.
That moment struck me HARD.
I looked in the bathroom mirror and felt so ashamed of what I saw.
I looked exhausted, puffy, and, ahem... "round."
How did it become this bad? How did I let myself go this far?
I thought about the "scale experience" for the rest of the day. And that evening, as I was preparing for bed, I made a decision.
When we arrived home, I started walking right away.
But I immediately realized that my joints couldn't handle the weight I was carrying.
Then I began a detox with smoothies and juices.
I had some early success with it, but I discovered that it made me too hungry, so I snacked and lost momentum.
I even tried some weird home remedies that a lady at my local health food store swore by.
Like various concoctions in the kitchen, with pickle juice, apple cider vinegar, lemons, bananas, and more,.
During my "natural home remedy" phase, I experimented with foot detox pads and placing a peeled onion in my sock.
(I'm a little embarrassed to admit I slept with an onion in my sock.)
Next, I tried Keto. There were some delicious dinners to be enjoyed with that approach, but I missed my bread.
Then I counted calories, tried Paleo, and even went vegan for a month. BUT, my scale numbers wouldn't budge!
I thought, "Could there be something wrong with me internally?"
So I made an appointment with my doctor to be looked out.
He said calmly, "Deb, don't worry. There is nothing you did wrong."
He said that my weight gain over the years was unrelated to what I ate or how much I exercised.
He then lowered his voice a bit and looked over his shoulder down the hallway to see whether anyone else in the clinic was listening.
He added quietly, "Deb, I’ve known Jack and you for a long time. And I don't share this with just anyone, but I'd like to show you something I recently discovered that will help you."
"It's a bit unconventional, but it has great science research backing it up."
I assumed he was going to tell me about some "magical" vitamin or pill he could recommend to help me.
Boy, was I wrong...
He went on to tell me about an "EXOTIC RICE METHOD" that he discovered at a recent conference in Asia.
He went on to say, "There are 3 almost unbelievable benefits people have discovered by using this method...
1. There is no need to change eating habits
2. There is no need for exercise
3. It worked VERY quickly
"And it only takes about 10 seconds each day.”
He said, “All of the details are right here.”
He then handed me a slip of paper with the website address on it.
Needless to say, I could get home quickly enough to check this out!
Actually, I couldn't wait until I got home. So I just opened it up on my phone in the parking lot of the doctor's office.
It was an hour later before I realized, and I was just BLOWN away by everything I just learned in the video.
Could something so simple produce such quick results?
I had questions in my mind, but my heart shouted, "YES!" "This is your answer!"
Needless to say, I followed my heart.
So, I’ve been using this rice trick for awhile now, and I am absolutely THRILLED!
Almost immediately, I started seeing results. Just like Doc said, I would.
On Day 6, the numbers on the scale began to drop and have continued to decrease ever since.
It seems like every other week, I can buy new body-fitting outfits!
And I pinch myself, thinking I'm in a dream, as I go through the usual women's section—instead of the plus section!
Jack also noticed the difference. If you get what I mean 😊, let's just say there is a new spark in our connection. Even after 22 years of marriage!
He decided to try the rice trick as well. Yes, it works for men, too!

I might have easily ignored my doctor when he told me about this unique rice trick. But I set my skepticism aside.
Now, I absolutely love who I have become. It feels like the “REAL ME’ is back again.
And I don’t have to worry about my health again.
All because I spent some time learning about this ancient calorie-burning method. Who would've thought?
Of course, I’m starting to get questions about what I’m doing to get these results so quickly.
